What is kiwi powder?
Kiwipowder is a fine powder made of fresh kiwi fruit after being squeezed and dried by spray. This technological processensures that all the goodness of the kiwi isretained and results in a super-concentrated powder form of its’ nutrition.
We also use the vacuum freeze-drying technology to freeze and dry the fresh fruits, and use the low-temperature grinding technology to crush the frozen dried fruits. The whole process is carried out under the low-temperature condition. Therefore, it can effectively retain the large amount of antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E in the fresh fruits, and finally get the well-nourished frozen dried kiwi powder.
Kiwi powder is widely used in medicine, health nutrition, baby food, solid drink, dairy products, puffed food, seasoning, baked food, snack food, cold food and drink. It can be perfectly used in any recipe that requires kiwi.
Known as the "king of fruit", the kiwifruit tastes sweet and sour, rich in nutrients, and is a nourishing fruit for the elderly, children, and frail people. It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and potassium, magnesium, and cellulose. It also contains other rare nutrients such as folic acid, carotene, calcium, lutein, amino acids, and natural inositol. The nutritional value of kiwifruit is much higher than other fruits. Its calcium content is 2.6 times that of grapefruit, 17 times that of apple, and 4 times that of banana. The content of vitamin C is twice that of orange.
